Alison Dudeney

Consultant / Director

Alison Dudeney, based in the UK, has over thirty years’ experience in project and business management; including strategic and operational planning, training, recruitment, people management, sales management and research. An experienced Executive Leadership Coach, she holds the Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching and an MA in Critical and Creative Writing. After concluding a career in business management with a multinational pharmaceutical corporation at the end of 2019, her focus switched to the arts, bringing valuable transferable skills into her role as a consultant and Director with FEI. Alison specialises in leadership coaching, research, recruitment, project management, organisational development and facilitation.
