He was Development and Marketing Director of Bath Festivals, Development Director of Cheltenham Festivals, both arts and education charities, Director of Marketing at Cheltenham College and Head of Brand Development for Ragdoll Productions, a television production company. Prior to this he founded and ran a development and marketing agency, managing all aspects of business strategy and finance.
