Theresa Beattie, OBE, is a Dance Consultant specialising in organisational development, executive recruitment and mentoring.
Theresa was previously a curator at the Southbank Centre, Dance Umbrella and the Royal Opera House. She was Director of Artist Development at the Place for ten years and also held interim roles with Arts Council England including Director of Dance, London and setting up the Education and Community programme at Sadlers Wells.
Now working as a consultant, Theresa is an accomplished facilitator working collaboratively with clients.
Recent FEI project work includes Arts Council Ireland development of a new dance company.
Theresa is a trustee of Hofesh Shechter Company, a governor of the Northern School of Contemporary Dance and a member of the advisory board for Just Us Dance Theatre. She was awarded an OBE for Services to Dance in 2021.
