Theresa Beattie OBE, is a Dance Consultant specialising in organisational development, executive recruitment and mentoring. Theresa was previously a curator at the Southbank Centre, Dance Umbrella and the Royal Opera House. She was Director of Artist Development at The Place for ten years, set up the Education and Community programme at Sadlers Wells and also held interim roles with Arts Council England including Director of Dance, London.
Theresa is a trustee of Hofesh Shechter Company, a governor of the Northern School of Contemporary Dance and a member of the advisory board for Just Us Dance Theatre. She was awarded an OBE for Services to Dance in 2021.
