Sandeep Dwesar MBE, is a strategic leader with substantial experience of delivering organisational and business transformation in high-profile public institutions. He has managed major capital projects within complex environments and brought together diverse teams to achieve success in major business development programmes.
Sandeep was Chief Operating and Financial Officer at the Barbican Centre and Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where he worked in a leadership role across the two institutions with a primary responsibility of strategic oversight through a period of considerable change. Now bringing his significant skills to consultancy, he also holds several non-executive roles, including Shakespeare’s Globe and Help Musicians UK.
