FEI were commissioned by Worcester City Council to lead the development of a new five-year cultural strategy. This involved creating an overarching vision and ambition for culture and a cultural strategy that could be used to support and develop cultural provision within the city and provide a road map for the Council’s cultural investment and partnership. The outcome was a publishable strategy and a separate implementation plan to be taken forward by a new Cultural Compact.
