FEI were commissioned by Cumbrian Local Enterprise Partnership and Cumbria County Council to develop a creative and cultural strategy for Cumbria. The outcome was an ambitious, clear and deliverable vision unique to Cumbria with clear approaches to growing the creative economy. A practical public facing document was produced to contribute to placemaking conversations and a framework for delivery across the County.
