FEI were commissioned by Croydon Council to review the business plan and operating model of Fairfield Halls, to provide a robust and independent assessment of the current operations and to consider improvements and alternative models for the future.
We undertook a robust review of the finances, audiences and marketing activity, conference and banqueting, and catering services. We delivered a clear Options Appraisal highlighting alternative management models, backed up by soft market testing.
